Sorry, Wrong Number!

I can't tell you how weird it is to get a wrong number in a foreign country, and the person calling speaks English. What's really weird, is that it happens to me a lot. The latest "wrong number call" had me wondering, for a split second, how many kids I had. Yes, you heard me right. Here's the call:

Me: Hello
Caller: Mom!
M: Hello??? (At this time, I'm looking at Kassidy, and Jake is still in bed. Hence the ???)
C: Mom, I'm at Seminary.
M: Ummm, I think you have the wrong number.
C: No, I don't. Mom, I'm at Seminary.
M: I'm sorry, but you have the wrong number.
C: No, I don't. You're my mom!
M: Ummm,  both my kids are here, and neither one of them would be at Seminary. I'm sorry,
but you have the wrong number.
C: MOM, I'M AT SEMINARY!
M: You have the wrong number, and I'm hanging up now, I'm sorry!

This happened in the morning, while Kassidy was waiting for the bus, and Jeff was getting ready for work. I thought about this poor kid all day, wondering if they had ever gotten ahold of their mom. Can you imagine the conversation that took place once they did, about why they hadn't been picked up from Seminary......and "Why were you pretending you weren't my mom, MOM?"
I just hope the poor kid isn't still waiting at Seminary for me to pick them up!
